* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Wilna Orr
Wilna Orr, 87, Coldwater, at 2:14 p.m. Jan. 9, 2013, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton.
She was born Sept. 13, 1925, in Magnolia, Mo., to Wade and Alberta A. Elliot Long.
On Nov. 24, 1950, she married Virgil Orr, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are two sons, Carl Orr, Dayton, and Glen Orr, Fort Payne, Ala.; a daughter, Sharon Orr of Rockford, Tenn.; two brothers, Leslie L. Long and Paul E. Long, both of Hemet, Calif.; and two sisters, Loeta Cantrell, Marshfield, Mo., and Edith Winfiel, Eldorado Springs, Mo.
She earned her registered nurse degree from St. Johns Hospital, Springfield, Mo., and worked as a night nurse in the maternity department of Coldwater Hospital from 1965 until 1985 and was a member of PERI.
She was a member at Bethany United Methodist Church.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Jonathan Exman officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
