Timotea Ramirez
Timotea Ramirez, 94, St. Henry, died Jan. 10, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Jan. 24, 1918, in Bertram, Texas, to Jose and Manuela Cruz Robledo. She was married to the late Alberto Ramirez.
Surviving are three children, Catavino Martinez of Weslaco, Texas, Berta Martinez of Monterey NL, Mexico, and Artemio Ramirez of St. Henry; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a sister, Andrea Guillen of Dallas, Texas.
Also deceased are two daughters, Maria Isabel Martinez and Andrea Zapata; brothers and sisters, Antonio Robledo, Nestor Robledo, Salome Robledo, Eufemia Morales, Cecilia Garcia and Manuela Aranda; and a granddaughter, Sylvia Salazar.
She was a member of San Martin de Porres Catholic Church, Weslaco, Texas, and was a homemaker.
Funeral service was held Jan. 16 at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church. Celebrant was Deacon Jose G. Garza. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
Pallbearers were Carlos Alberto Salazar, Victor Manuel Salazar Jr., Juan Carlos Salazar Jr., Alberto Artemio Salazar, Catarino Martinez Jr. and Antonio Martinez.
Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry, handled local arrangements.
