* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Jackson Center, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Fryburg, McCartyville, Montra, St. Johns, Bulkhead and Egypt.

Linda Stevens
Linda Diane Smith Stevens, age 64, Celina, passed away at 4:25 p.m. Jan. 18, 2013, at her residence in Celina.
She was born Oct. 12, 1948, in Evansville, Ind., to Rev. George and Joanne Oran Smith. On Sept. 23, 1966, she married George E. Stevens Sr., who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are her father, Rev. George F. Smith of Crawfordsville, Ind.; a son, George E. "Eddie" (Kelly) Stevens Jr. of Detroit, Mich.; a daughter, Jackie Sholler of Celina; six grandchildren; a brother, Terry (Jackie) Smith of Crawfordsville, Ind.; two sisters, Georgiana (Scott) Patton of Idaho and Michelle (James) Page, Crawfordsville.
Also deceased are her mother, Joanne (Oran) Smith, and stepmother, Vivian Smith.
She was formerly employed at Casad in Celina, Buckeye Apparel in Coldwater and Huffy's in Celina and was working at Reynolds & Reynolds in Celina. She was a member of Mount Carmel Church of God.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
