* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Eighth-grade students in Diane McClung's classroom barricade the door during a drill on Wednesday afternoon at Fort Recovery Elementary/Middle School. The students also armed themselves with classroom objects. If a violent intrusion was to occur, teachers and students are now instructed to do whatever it takes to survive.
