* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Jack Cramer
Jack L. Cramer, 77, Wapakoneta, died at 10:45 a.m. Feb. 11, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born April 2, 1935, in St. Marys, to Oscar Sr. and Helen Taylor Cramer, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by a daughter, Sue (Gary) Schoffner of Wapakoneta, three grandchildren, Brian (Natalie) Schoffner, Jamie (Scott) Sherrick, both of Lima and Korre (Caitlyn) Schoffner of Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton; five great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers and two sisters, Betty Muter, Tom Cramer, Carl (Barbara) Cramer and Joyce Strickland.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Bob, Frank, Patricia, Denny, Norma Jean, Oscar Jr., and Donald.
Jack was a general contractor. He also farmed, raised hogs and was a landlord. He was a member of the Amvets Post #333 in Wapakoneta. He enjoyed dancing, playing cards and shooting pool. He loved his garden and especially his flowers. He cherished his pet boxer, Zuma, and will always be remembered as very caring and giving to everyone he knew.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Schlosser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Wapakoneta, the Rev. Dan Holbrook officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memorial Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
