* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Sue Platfoot
Sue A. Platfoot, 70, formerly of Fort Loramie, died at 12:05 a.m. Feb. 13, 2013, at Dorothy Love Retirement Community.
She was born Sept. 26, 1942, in Sidney, to Wilbur and Naomi Graham Graves.
She is survived by her children, Pam (Rick) Schmitmeyer of Minster, Jeff (Darla) Platfoot of Hilliard, and Lori (Rob) Cordonnier of Russia; grandchildren, Jarod (Hannah) Schmitmeyer, Madeline (Noah) Platfoot, Bryce, Dylan and Jenna Cordonnier; and sisters, Carol (Jerry) Vanderhorst of Sidney and Debbie (Wayne) Lumbatis of Conover.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Don Graves.
She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, and a former member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville. She was a volunteer at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Heritage Manor Nursing Center & FISH.
She retired from the Lear Corporation in Sidney.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, the Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
