At 1059 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Minster, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Anna, Fort Loramie, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Osgood, Chickasaw, North Star, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Lake Loramie State Park, Maria Stein, and Carthagena.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 98 and 112.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Harvey Schmiesing
Harvey J. Schmiesing, 85, Fort Loramie, died at 6:20 p.m. March 13, 2013, at his home.
He was born April 1, 1927, in Minster, to John and Rose Sommer Schmiesing. On Oct. 18, 1950, he married Viona Prenger in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Egypt, and she survives in Egypt.
Also surviving are his son, Paul Schmiesing (Beth Berning), Egypt; a daughter, Kathy (Lester) Tobe, Egypt; grandchildren, Jeff (Anne) Tobe and Sara Tobe; a great-grandson, Jackson Tobe; a sister, Neoma Hoying, St. Henry; a brother, John Schmiesing; and two sisters-in-law, Mary Schmiesing, Fort Loramie, and Alvera Evers, Chickasaw.
He was preceded in death by siblings, Edna Enneking, Leonard and Walter Schmiesing, Alma Boerger, and Edwin and Cletus Schmiesing.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Egypt, the Men's Sodality of the Church, a lifetime member of the Minster Knights of Columbus, the Minster American Legion Post 387, past president of the Farm Bureau of Auglaize County, and past director of the Minster Farmers Co-op and of F.O.E. 1391 Minster.
He was a 1945 graduate of Minster High School, a veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II and owned and operated a dairy farm. He enjoyed playing cards and traveling.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Egypt, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster. Burial with full military honors will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery.
