* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Jerry Krogman
Jerry W. "Krogie" Krogman, 66, St. Marys, passed away peacefully at 2:20 p.m. May 21, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 9, 1946, in Celina, to Glenn and Margaret Sawmiller Krogman. His mother survives in Mendon.
Also surviving are two sons, Matthew Krogman of Mendon, and Bart Krogman of Columbus; two daughters, Nikki Moon of St. Marys, and Misty Rockwood of Wapakoneta; a sister-in-law, Linda Krogman of Mendon; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Larry "Froggy" Krogman, and a grandson, Daniel McBride.
He was a 1964 graduate of Mendon Union High School and served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam era. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, on March 1, 2003, after 30-plus years of service. He also worked as a water safety instructor for the American Red Cross in Van Wert, CPR instructor for the Heart Association in Auglaize County and an EMT medic in Mercer County.
He was a member of Mendon United Methodist Church, St. Marys VFW Post 9289, American Legion, St. Marys Post 323, St. Marys Eagles Aerie 767, Mason and AMVETS. He was a past master of Mendon Lodge 586 F&AM.
His favorite hobbies were riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and golfing.
Services are at noon Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Donald Clinger officiating. Military honors will be given by the St. Marys VFW Post 9289.
Calling is 9 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
