* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Ernest Muhlenkamp
Ernest L. Muhlenkamp, 77, Portland, Ind., died May 22, 2013, at his daughter's residence in Portland.
He was born Nov. 13, 1935, in
Jay County, Ind., to Linus and Esther Krieg Muhlenkamp. On Nov. 22, 1956,
he married Janet Brugge-
man, who sur-
vives.
Other survivors are four sons, Michael (Pat) Muhlenkamp of Portland, Keith Muhlenkamp of Portland, Randy (Ronda) Muhlenkamp of Florence, S.C., and Jerome (Leslie) Muhlenkamp of Fort Recovery; four daughters, Karen (John) Shields of Hartford City, Ind., Nancy (Dan) Link of Portland, Jill (David) Hemmelgarn of Portland, and Mary (Marty) Jutte of Portland; four sisters, Lou Ann Knoth of Coldwater, Juanita Buening of St. Henry, Elaine (Tom) Carlisle of Dayton, and Kathleen (Tom) Coon of Little Rock, Ark.; three brothers, Ivan (Sue) Muhlenkamp of St. Joe, Mich., Lavaughn (Doris) Muhlenkamp of Portland, and Ben Muhlenkamp of St. Louis, Mo.; 40 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Elmer Kuess of Celina; and a sister-in-law, Delores Muhlenkamp of Portland.
Deceased are a great-grandchild; a brother, Alvin Muhlenkamp; a sister, Irma Kuess; a brother-in-law, Cletus Knoth; and a brother-in-law, Paul Buening.
He owned and operated a van transport service and had retired from farming. He attended Coldwater High School and was a former Jay County commissioner, NFO director and member of the board of directors of the First National Bank, Portland. He also was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, its Men's Society and the Catholic Order of Foresters.  
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Anthony Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:45 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
