* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

A driveway and five parking spots will be created in front of the Fort Recovery High School to make it more accessible and to encourage people to only use the main entrance when entering the building.
