IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Gusty winds may arrive well ahead of any rain.
Locations impacted include... Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, Botkins, Lakeview, New Knoxville, Chippewa Park, Moulton, Chickasaw, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Montezuma, Fryburg, and Montra.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 97 and 114.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Thomas O'Donnell
Thomas O'Donnell, 85, Celina, died at 11:25 p.m. Sept. 2, 2013, at Mercer Health, Coldwater.
He was born Aug. 24, 1928, in Mansfield, to Thomas Francis and Agnes Marie Newlon O'Donnell. On June 30, 1951, he married the love of his life Barbara Hawks, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are two sons, Timothy (Jylene) O'Donnell, Celina, and Douglas (Alona) O'Donnell, New Carlisle; a daughter, Peggy (David) Leiter, Cardington; five grandchildren, Zack O'Donnell, Celina, Alissa O'Donnell, Cincinnati, Misty (Cody) Jones, St. Onge, S.D., Katie (Paul) Rulon, Gillette, Wyo., and Michael Bouza, Yankton, S.D.; three step-grandchildren, Ar Albulario, San Diego, Calif., Maureen Albulario, New Carlisle, and Rona Albulario, New Carlisle; and two sisters, Helen Sapp, Brinkhaven, and Mary (William) Miller, Mansfield.
He retired from Mansfield Tire and Rubber Company after 28 years, and worked at GM in Columbus for 11 years. He was a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Mansfield. He was also a member of the Mansfield Tire & Rubber 25-year club, the Mercer County Genealogy Society and a Sgt. First Class in the Army Corps of Engineers, having served in Italy for one year and the remainder at Fort Belvoir, Va.
His love of reading, his many email friends and crossword puzzles gave him great pleasure. He was also a multi-gallon blood donor for the Red Cross. He loved to travel with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Graveside services at Greenlawn Cemetery, Perrysville, will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be given to the Humane Society.
