* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Nancy Patterson
Nancy K. Patterson, 70, passed away Oct. 6, 2013, at The Gardens in Celina.
She was born July 19, 1943, in Union City, Ind., to Carl and Betty Rohr Patterson, who are deceased.
Surviving are her children, Mike (Lisa) Fitzwater, Union City, Karen Sue Fitzwater and Keith Fitzwater, both of Greenville; she raised Phillip (Ann) Ross, Bellefontaine; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild, Riley Alexander; her companion, Dave Shook, Ansonia; a brother, Fred (Maggie) Patterson, Celina; and her good friend, Bea Guthrie, Union City.
She worked at Master's Industries in Ansonia. She was a member of Eagles #2790, Union City, and VFW Auxiliary of Sebring, Fla. She was a 1961 graduate of Union City Community High School. She enjoyed spending time at her winter home in Sebring as well as living in Union City.
Funeral services are 6 p.m. Thursday at Reichard Funeral Home, Union City, the Rev. Rodger Garland officiating. Burial will follow at Union City Cemetery.
Calling is 4-6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
