Jeffrey Gray II
Staff Sgt. Jeffrey E. Gray II, 35, Celina, died at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 2, 2013, at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
He was born Oct. 29, 1977, in Coldwater, to Jeffrey E. Sr. and Sandra Beumer Thornton Gray. His mother survives in Coldwater. He married Terrie Ann Carlton, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are his two sons, Jeffrey III and Dylan, both of Celina; two daughters, Kathleen and Scarlet, both of Celina; a brother, Shawn (Becky) Snyder, Celina; and a sister, Shelley (Robert) Humes, Lima.
He graduated in 1997 from St. Marys Memorial High School, and served 16 years active duty in the U.S. Army. He had been stationed at Fort Sill, Okla., and Fort Polk, La. He was a member of the Celina VFW.
Funeral services are 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, where a military chaplain will officiate.
Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery.
Full military honors by the active duty U.S. Army Honor Guard will take place at the cemetery.
