* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Thomas Eskew
Thomas Everett Eskew, 57, of Dayton, went to be with the Lord Oct. 12, 2013.
He was born July 13, 1956, in Dayton, to William Everett and Mildred K. Townsend Eskew. His mother survives.
Also surviving are his wife of 16 years, Lisa Cook Eskew; a daughter, Sienna Wilkinson of Lake Wales, Fla.; two brothers, John Eskew of Houston, Texas, and James Eskew of Dayton; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Cinda Cook of Celina; sisters-in-law, Teresa (David) Fleck, Cummins, Ga., and Michelle (Robert) Homan, Maria Stein; a grandson, Tyler Wilkinson of Lake Wales; three nephews, two nieces and a great-nephew.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mamie and Everett Townsend, and his paternal grandparents, John and Roxie Eskew.
He retired from De Bra Kuempel and Local 162 in November 2012 after 24 years as a skilled trades heating and air conditioning professional. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church and his dedication to the church was shown through the selfless actions he provided daily.
Memorial services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Tobias Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
