* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Robert Buschur
Robert L. Buschur, 89, North Star, passed away Oct. 22, 2013, at his home.
He was born March 13, 1924, in Cincinnati, to Edward and Josephine (Brinker) Buschur. On Aug. 23, 1947, he married Rita Meyer in North Star, where she survives.
Also surviving are 12 children, Nicholas (Joy) Buschur, St. Marys, Patrick (Bonnie) Buschur, North Star, Joseph (Rosie) Buschur, Dayton, Laura (Stan) Kollars, Lima, John (Margie) Buschur, Cassella, Michael (Joan) Buschur, North Star, Jennifer (Ronald) Thieman, Burkettsville, Nancy (Steve) Broering, St. Sebastian, Jacob (Linda) Buschur, North Star, Paul (Gina) Buschur, San Luis Obispo, Calif., James (Krista) Buschur, North Star, and Steve (Vicki) Buschur, North Star; 56 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mary (Jack) Barga, Walla Walla, Wash.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Rachel Lynn Buschur, and two sisters, Sr. Ruth Buschur and Lucille Mundey.
He was a World War II veteran, having served in the South Pacific, 6th Army, 40th Calvary Recon Unit and having had advanced training as an Alamo Scout. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star American Legion Post #174 and the Coldwater Veterans of Foreign Wars; past board member of Darke County Rural Electric; and was a Wabash Township trustee for 40 years. He showed his love for God through his love of his family, his country and his work.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery with military rites.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia, and 9-10 a.m. Friday at the church.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
