* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Roger Siefring
Roger H. Siefring, 63, Burkettsville, died Nov. 17, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Sept. 25, 1950, in Celina, to Aloys and Hilda (Homan) Siefring. He married Carolyn Wehrkamp on July 1, 1972, in Sharpsburg, and she survives in Burkettsville.
Also surviving are five children, Scott (Cheryl) Siefring, Burkettsville, Doug (Shelly) Siefring, Burkettsville, Stacy (Rick) Hemmelgarn, New Weston, Jodi (Aaron) Brunswick, Burkettsville, and Chris (Tonya) Siefring, Burkettsville; 11 grandchildren, Seth, Caleb, Michaela, Alana, Levi, Dylan, Ali, Madison, Ethan, Kailee and Jenson; eight siblings, Don (Donna) Siefring, Montezuma, Paul (Kay) Siefring, Greenville, Phyllis Kunk, Kountz, Texas, Jerry (Rita) Siefring, Burkettsville, Sharon (Clete) Schoenlein, Ridgeville, Ind., Jane (Mark) Fleck, St. Sebastian, Nancy (John) Pohlman, Maria Stein, and Tom Siefring, Williamston, Mich.; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Art and Alveria Wehrkamp; and six in-laws, Kathy (Steve) Rosengarten, Beavercreek, Ruth (Jim) Burns, Huber Heights, Marge Dilworth, Fort Recovery, Don (Beck) Wehrkamp, Sharpsburg, Linda (Mel) Nieport, St. Henry, and Mary Wehrkamp, Fort Recovery.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cara Siefring; three infant brothers, Robert, Luke and Lester; and siblings and in-laws, Carl Kunk and Bill (Kathy) Wehrkamp.
He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville; Fort Recovery Veterans of Foreign Wars and Coldwater Eagles. He was retired from H.A. Dorsten in Minster and was a former Burkettsville fireman and town councilman.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Bernard Church. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
