* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Alfrieda Sanning
Alfrieda R. Sanning, 92, Coldwater, died Nov. 16, 2013, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Sept. 12, 1921, in Montezuma, to Theodore and Josephine Bruggeman Dorsten. She married Julius Sanning on Sept. 18, 1943, and he died Feb. 26, 1964.
She is survived by four children, Patricia (James) Sudhoff, Fort Recovery, Betty Sanning, Coldwater, Marilyn (Tom) Bruns, Burkettsville, and Janice (Rick) Bertke, Celina; eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Rosella Gast, Coldwater; and a sister-in-law, Pat (Gene) Dickey, Celina.
Preceding her in death was a son, Marvin Sanning; a grandson, William Sudhoff; brothers, Leander Dorsten, Clarence (Mary) Dorsten, Adolph (Mary Ann) Dorsten and Ernest Dorsten; and in-laws, Oliver Gast, Albert (Louis) Sanning, Leo Sanning, Clarence Sanning, Herbert Sanning, Helen (Paul) Kaiser, Dorothy (Herbert) Gaerke, Alvera (Arthur) Wehrkamp and Bertha Sanning.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and its Ladies Sodality, American Legion Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the Moose Lodge. She formerly worked at Buckeye Overall, Hemmelgarn Eggs and was retired from the former Huffy Corp.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
