Audrey Nickerson
Audrey Suzanne "Suzanne" Nickerson, 34, of Leesburg, Fla., formerly of Celina, passed away Dec. 11, 2013, at the Frank & Helen DeScipio Hospice House in Tavares, Fla., after a long struggle with cancer.
She was born on Aug. 12, 1979, in Van Wert.
She is survived by her mother, Wanda Harner, Leesburg; her grandmother, Audrey Harner; and her uncle and aunt, Duane (Sue) Harner and family, Celina.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Howard Harner.
She was a 1999 graduate of Celina High School and had attended Mt. Tabor Church of God, Celina. She had worked as a nurse's aide in Celina and later moved to Florida, where she was employed at a motel in the Leesburg area. She was an avid reader.
Funeral services are noon Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tim Hollinger officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 10 a.m. until noon at the funeral home.
