* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... A 41-year-old Celina woman was killed at 1:58 p.m. Friday after traveling left-of-center on U.S. 127 north of U.S. 224 in Hoaglin Township, Van Wert County, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol's Van Wert post.
