* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Construction is complete at the new Auglaize County dog pound and it will be open for business in the next few weeks. Dog Warden Russ Bailey will soon schedule a public open house and offer tours of the facility located off Dearbaugh Avenue behind the sheriff's office in Wapakoneta.
