* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Samuel Paul
Samuel Paul Sr., 67, Celina, passed away Feb. 4, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born on June 14, 1946, in Lexington, Ky., to Daniel and Lucille Breeze Paul Sr.
He is survived by his children, Misty (Keith) Kleman, Samuel (Michelle) Paul Jr. and Joni (Eric) Higgins Jr., all of Celina; his partner of 23 years, Marilyn Schaffer, Celina, and her children, Melanie (Kyle) Gansert, Celina, Carie Forlow, Indian Lake, and Gary (Nichole) Patterson and Nikki Rodriguez, both of Celina; 14 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; his twin brother, Daniel (Judy) Paul Jr., Nicholasville, Ky.; and his sisters, Margaret Ruth (Paul Owens Jr.) Briley of Carrollton, Ky., and Lillian Vanover, Celina.
He was preceded in death by siblings, Naomie Katherine (Ronnie) Cotterman and Richard (Audrey) Younger.
He was retired from Beatrice Foods in New Bremen and his pastimes were fishing and working on cars.
Funeral service is 7 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
