Lynn Wibbeler
Lynn E. Wibbeler, 56, New Bremen, died at 6:27 a.m. Feb. 11, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, following an extended illness.
She was born April 25, 1957, in St. Marys, to Melvin and Velma Bohannon Hamp. She married Gregg Wibbeler on Jan. 4, 1985, and he survives.
She is also survived by two daughters, Kara (John) Timm, Rockvale, Tenn., and Liza (Andrew) Richardson, St. Marys; two grandchildren, Chase Timm and Kaya Richardson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She was a 1975 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys. She earned a bachelor of science in social work from Wright State University and a master of science degree in social work from The Ohio State University. She was a homemaker and member of Walnut Grove United Methodist Church, St. Marys. She loved nature, reading, painting, making custom jewelry and singing. The joy of her life was her two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Feb. 15, 2014, at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Jon Kraner officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial gifts may be given to the New Bremen EMS.
