During the predawn hours, winds will increase ahead of a low pressure system moving east through the lower Great Lakes. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected through this afternoon, possibly gusting to 45 mph in a few spots. Wind is expected to decrease overnight but remain relatively strong at 20-25 mph this evening.
Please be aware of these strong winds especially if driving a higher profile vehicle. Secure loose outdoor objects and shore up seasonal decorations if possible.

Delores Miller
Delores M. Miller, 79, Celina, died at 11:48 p.m. Feb. 22, 2014, at Mercer Health Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Oct. 20, 1934, in Antwerp, to Peter D. and Bertha Mae Wagner Emery. She was raised by Thelma and Edward Nickerson, who are deceased.
On Sept. 9, 1960, she was married to Charles "Skip" Miller, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a daughter, Patty Werst, Celina; six grandchildren, Jordan, Chelsea, Nicholas, Kristen, Noah and Allen; and one great-grandchild, Jacob. She was loved by her family and little dog, Stubby.
Two daughters, Terri Miller and Tammy Sparks, are deceased.
She was a homemaker.
Private family services will be held.
Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, has charge of arrangements.
