* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Donald Long
Donald "Don" "Fuzz" Long, 70, Celina, died the afternoon of March 1, 2014, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born March, 24, 1943, in Mercer County, to Dale and Estella May Long, who are deceased. On March 11, 1961, he married Jane Boise, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a son Rodney (Judy Moyer) Long, Celina; two brothers, Jerry (Ruth) Long, Celina, and Richard Long, Celina; four nieces; and two nephews.
He was a 1961 graduate of Celina High School and retired from Bud's Chevrolet Olds Buick. He also had worked at Jim Bubeck, New Bremen, started Spriggs Olds and worked for Mid Way Trailer Sales. He was a member of Grace Missionary Church and was an avid drag car racer and member of the National Hot Rod Association.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jay Cubbison officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30 a.m. until services Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be directed to Grace Missionary Church or the Heart Fund.
