* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Frank Schwieterman
Frank J. Schwieterman, 83, St. Henry, died March 2, 2014, at Celina Manor.
He was born Aug. 16, 1930, in Celina, to John J. and Minnie (Kreigel) Schwieterman. On July 14, 1956, he married Ruth "Lefty" Jutte, who survives in St. Henry.
Also surviving are five children, Frank J. II (Patricia Siefring) Schwieterman, McCartyville, Nicholas (Mary Ann Alig) Schwieterman, St. Henry, Angie (Ron) Elking, St. Henry, Lori Schwieterman, St. Henry, and Sandi (Chris) Feltz, Wapakoneta; 10 grandchildren, Ashley, John, Joanna, Josh, Jim, Lindsay, Kylie, Brandi, Jarrod and Casey; a sister, Mary Ann Boicourt, Dayton, and in-laws, Betty Schwieterman, Dayton, Evelyn (Earl) Moeller, Sidney, and Ted (Linda) Jutte, Celina.
He was preceded in death by a son, John Schwieterman; a brother, Louis Schwieterman; and a brother-in-law, Preston Boicourt.
He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and retired from Dayton Power & Light after 30 years as a lineman. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during Korea, and was a lifetime member of the Coldwater American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed his family and traveling.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
