* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Harold Vander Horst
Harold J. Vander Horst, 85, Lexington, Ky., formerly of Celina, passed away March 11, 2014.
He was born May 20, 1928, in Celina, to Walter and Mary Mersman Vander Horst. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Rosemary Prenger Vander Horst.
Also surviving are six children, Christine (William) Hammel, Amy (Stephen) Manning, Miriam (Michael) Seasock, Brian (Lisa) Vander Horst, Timothy (Faith) Vander Horst and Jeffrey (Kie) Vander Horst; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Reichert, Dayton, Ruth Smith, Celina, and Kay (Morris) Spees, Dayton; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Vander Horst, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Deceased are a daughter, Julie Alexander Bova, a brother, Russell Vander Horst and a brother-in-law, Carl Reichert.
He was a 1946 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, Celina. He began his career as staff accountant at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys. In 1972, he assumed the role of comptroller and was instrumental in the opening and start of the new Goodyear Aerospace plant in Berea, Ky. He continued his career with the Motor Wheel Division and retired in 1992. He enjoyed golf, bridge, traveling, bowling and most of all, family gatherings. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Lexington, where he was on the finance committee, a eucharistic minister and previously a Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. He also was involved in a number of civic organizations.
A memorial Mass will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Lexington. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Lexington.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today at Milward-Man O'War Funeral Home, Lexington.
