* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 441 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over New Bremen, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Kettlersville, Fryburg, and Lake Loramie State Park.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 102 and 110.

Richard Standiford Jr.
Richard D. Standiford Jr., 61, Celina, died in the early morning of March 19, 2014, at his residence.
He was born March 22, 1952, in Decatur, Ind., to Richard and Norma Jean Davis Standiford Sr. His mother survives in Celina.
On June 16, 1973, he married Linda Lacy, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a son, Richard (Elizabeth) Standiford III, Celina; a brother, Charles E. (Roxanne) Standiford, Marysville, Wash.; and grandchildren, Kory and Stella Standiford.
A grandson, Gideon Michael Standiford, is deceased.
He was retired and had worked at the former New Idea, Huffy Corp. and Sims Brothers. He loved his grandchildren and working with his son doing mechanic work on cars. He was an avid car lover and loved watching drag racing. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Burial will be in North Grove Cemetery, Celina, the Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour before services at the church.
