* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 441 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over New Bremen, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Kettlersville, Fryburg, and Lake Loramie State Park.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 102 and 110.

James Staugler
James Henry Staugler, 61, Celina, died March 14, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born April 24, 1952, in Dayton, to Leo and Mildred Lee Brinegar Staugler.
Survivors include two sons, James Staugler, Virginia, and Dustin Staugler, Celina; three daughters, Melissa (Lance) Hartzell, Ansonia; Teresa Staugler, Celina, and Carley Staugler, Celina; two sisters, Mary Dirksen, Celina, and Pat Bruggeman, Carson, Calif.; and 14 grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Mark Staugler.
He was a 1970 graduate of St. Henry High School and was a disabled veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member and former commander of the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars, Celina American Legion, Disabled American Vets and AMVets. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Services conducted by the Celina VFW and American Legion are 5 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Calling is 3-5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Dayton National Cemetery.
