* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Larry Miller
Larry "L.D." Miller, 75, Celina, died at 7:20 a.m. March 20, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 15, 1938, in Chattanooga, to Lester and Marguerite Wendel Miller. His mother survives in Rockford.
On Dec. 11, 1965, he married Lois Bruin Miller, who survives in Celina.   Other survivors are a son, Brad (Melissa) Miller, Tyler, Texas; a daughter, Staci Miller, Bowling Green; a brother, Roland (Fran) Miller, Rockford; and grandchildren, Hannah Miller and Brady Miller.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelli Miller, and a granddaughter, Kelli Marie Miller.
He was a 1956 graduate of Willshire High School and also graduated from Defiance College. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a retired truck driver for Roadway Trucking. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Rockford, and a member of the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, Eagles, Moose Lodge and Elks.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Rockford, the Rev. Catherine Costello officiating.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with military honors at 7 p.m. and 2-3 p.m. Sunday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to State of the Heart Hospice.
