The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Ann Smith
Ann Smith, 74, Salamonia, Ind., passed away March 19, 2014, at her home.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, Portland, Ind., the Rev. Billy Stanton officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery, southeast of Portland.
Calling is 1-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
