Celina sidewalk work

Workers from Shinn Bros. Inc., Celina, continue the installation of new curbs and sidewalks along Market Street in Celina on Tuesday. Upon completion of the $1.34 million project, which also includes a new water main and improved storm drainage, the Ohio Department of Transportation will resurface the roadway this summer.
