* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Paul Adkins
Paul Adkins, 70, Celina, passed away at 10:10 a.m. June 1, 2014, at his residence.
He was born July 1, 1943, in Meadowview, Va., to Marion W. and Eliza Ann Morrison Adkins. On May 5, 1974, he married Mary E. Junod, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are his children, Paul Randall Adkins, Sidney, Raimi (Edgar) Overman, New Madison, Dustan (Christen) Adkins, Dayton, and Cory Adkins, Celina; six grandchildren, Owen and Evan Adkins, Dustin Anthony, Tara Adkins, Damon Adkins and Madison Adkins; two great-grandchildren, Kaydence and Kaitlyn Adkins; a brother, Clyde (Eunice) Adkins, Sidney; and a sister, Betty Trimble, Sidney.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheena Adkins, and twin brothers, Zack Adkins and Brack Adkins.
He was a member of the United Steel Workers of America, a member of the Miami Valley Flute Circle and an Elder of the Eastern Blackfoot Tribe. He retired in 1984 from New Idea in Coldwater. He enjoyed his family, gardening, music, motorcycles and old cars and was very proud of his Native American heritage.
Services for his Crossing Over will be at noon Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, with Elder Lanna Samaniego officiating. Burial will follow in Scott Cemetery, Scott.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour before services Thursday at the funeral home.
