* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Arthur McCowan
Arthur "Gary" McCowan, 58, Coldwater, died at 10:45 p.m. May 31, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Aug. 4, 1955, in Muncie, Ind. to Arthur and Pansy Bilbrey McCowan, who are deceased. On June 26, 1981, he married Pat Will, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are a son, Gary McCowan, Upland, Ind.; a daughter, Jackie (Tim) Sheridan, Fort Recovery; grandchildren, Cpl. Ethen Sheridan, Fort Benning, Ga., Emilie, Owen and Aidan Sheridan, Fort Recovery, and Jacob, Tasha and Elijah McCowan, Redkey, Ind.; a mother-in-law, Millie Will, Fort Recovery; and several brothers and sisters who reside in Ohio, Indiana, Georgia and Florida.
He retired from Fort Recovery Industries after 39 years. He was a lifelong Bengals fan and an outdoorsman and actively followed the Cubs baseball and Indiana University basketball teams. The family requests visitors wear their favorite Bengals shirt to the service.
A Celebration of Life is at 1 p.m. Saturday at the First Freewill Baptist Church, Dunkirk, Ind., the Rev. Delmar McCowan officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Swamp College Cemetery.
No calling hours are scheduled.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Cancer Association of Mercer County or First Freewill Baptist Church.
Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, is in charge of arrangements.
