* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Shirley Weinman
Shirley Ann Weinman, 79, Lima, was called into the presence of God at 2:45 p.m. Aug. 7, 2014, at her residence.
She was born May 12, 1935, in Mercer County to Guy and Beatrice Nolan. On Feb. 5, 1955, she married James F. Weinman, who survives in Lima.
Also surviving are two sons, Stephen Weinman, El Segundo, Calif., and Martin Weinman, Columbus; five daughters, Stephney (Jim) Fess, Lima, Joanna (Stan) Vandemark, Elida, Kayleen (Peter) Weinman-Clute, Severna Park, Md., Alicia (Craig) Sutherly, Lima, and Allison Weinman, Lima; a sister, Janis Stump, Celina; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Sharon K. Nolan.
She was a library clerk at Lima City School-Horace Mann. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Lima, secretary for the Neighborhood Association- Riverside North and secretary for Church United Pantry CUP. She also held offices, local and regional, in the Women of Evangelical Churches Association and the PTA. She enjoyed quilting and other crafts.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, Lima, the Rev. Kent Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel, and after 10 a.m. Monday at the church.
Contributions may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or Church United Pantry CUP.
