* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

James Beougher
James "Jim" Beougher, 70, Mercer, passed away at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 19, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 3, 1943, in Mercer, to Paul and Mable Piper Beougher. He formerly was married to Clara Bruns Beougher, who survives in Rockford.
Surviving are children, Lisa Beougher, Rockford, Terry Beougher, Mercer, Tonya Schumm, Rockford, and Jodi (Nick) Hirschy, Monroe, Ind.; brothers, Jerry (Ann) Beougher, Convoy, and Dick Beougher, Celina; sisters, Rose (Junior) Lawrence, Mercer, and Bonnie Beougher, Cincinnati; and six grandchildren, Brett and Dylan Beougher, Makenna and Mason Schumm, and Emma and Chandler Hirschy.
He was a lifelong resident of the area. He attended Rockford schools and was a press operator at S&K Metal Products, Coldwater. He enjoyed fishing and was a member of the Willshire Sportsman's Club. He also was a social member of the Willshire American Legion Post #207. Through the years he tested his skills at gambling and tried his hand with lottery scratch-off tickets. He was a loving grandfather.
Services are 4 p.m. Saturday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, Pastor Ernie Suman officiating.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
