Reconstruction work began this week on West Bank Road in Celina and will continue daily 7 a.m.-5 p.m. The nearly $1 million project will be completed in two phases. The first phase includes the stretch from Monroe Road to Bella's Italian Grille. The second phase will occur in the spring of 2015 and extend north from the restaurant to U.S. 127.
