* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Runners on Saturday toil on along the 26.2-mile course of the Grand Lake Marathon, which began and ended in Celina and circled Grand Lake. About 1,850 participants from 30 states were registered to run in the full marathon, half-marathon, 10K, 5K or children's race. The race was deemed a success by organizers who said the event likely will return next year.
