* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Laurissa Dalrymple, 2323, was the overall female finishers at the inaugural Grand Lake Marathon Saturday around Grand Lake. More than 1,800 runners competed in the full marathon, half marathon and 5 and 10K runs.
