* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Bernadette Hoying
Bernadette A. Hoying, 93 formerly of Minster, died at 2 a.m. Oct. 7, 2014, at Elmwood Assisted Living, New Bremen.
She was born Oct. 5, 1921, in Minster, to Albert and Eleanor Stueve Bensman. On Oct. 11, 1941, in Minster, she married Elmer J. Hoying, who died May 15, 1958.
Surviving are five children, Carolyn (Marvin) Homan, New Bremen, Tim (Doris) Hoying, Botkins, John (Patricia) Hoying, Manhattan Beach, Calif., Steve (Ann) Hoying, Minster, and Mary Kay (Dennis) Wuebker, Maria Stein; 23 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; a brother and sister, Paul (Joan) Bensman, Minster, and Martha Buschur, Coldwater; and brothers- and sisters-in-law, Dorothy Bensman, Minster, Clete (Mary Ruth) Hoying, Anna, the Rev. Vincent Hoying, Carthagena, Marcellus (Barb) Hoying, Anna, and Marcella (Cletus) Thieman, Minster.
Also deceased are a grandchild; a brother, Tom Bensman; a sister, Joan (Don) Thieman; and brothers-in-law, Robert Buschur, Brother Norbert Hoying, Virgil (Irene) Hoying and infant John Hoying.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, formerly of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and the Ladies Sodality of Sacred Heart Church. She was a homemaker and engaged in farming.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, the Rev. John Tonkin officiating. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
