* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

F. Pearl Reed
F. Pearl Reed, 76, St. Marys, died at 5:50 p.m. Oct. 11, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Sept. 19, 1938, in Kodak, Ky., to Roy and Kate Sumner Reed. In June 1963, he married K. Sue Sullivan, who died July 16, 2003.
Surviving are a daughter, Deb (Dave) Fisher, St. Marys; three grandchildren, Danielle (Calvin) Pottkotter, St. Marys, Dustin Fisher, St. Marys, and Derek Fisher, St. Marys; two great-grandchildren, Isabella Pottkotter and Cooper Pottkotter; eight siblings, Janice Johnson, Columbia City, Ind., Billie Jean "Mick" Crutchfield, Columbia City, Anna Mae (Steve) Lawman, Lawrence, Iowa, Carol Parks, St. Marys, Karen Russell of Alabama, Paula (Dale Bowersock) Nagel, St. Marys, James (Sandy) Johnson, Plainville, Ga., and Robert (Helen) Reed, Columbia City; and his beloved poodle, Maggie.
Also deceased are two brothers-in-law, Clyde Crutchfield and Charlie Parks.
He was a veteran of the United States Army. He had worked for the city of St. Marys sanitation department. He enjoyed working on cars and watching NASCAR races. He loved watching his grandchildren play sports and was a fan of the Cleveland Browns, Bluffton Beavers and St. Marys Roughriders.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys, Dave Brewer officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
