* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Art walk in Celina

New Bremen artist Marion Terho, working in front of the 211 Club, applies brush strokes to her painting during the Fall Art Walk on Saturday afternoon in downtown Celina. Artists from throughout Ohio sold paintings, photographs and other artwork during the event hosted by the Celina Merchant Association.
