* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Robert Feldwisch
Robert "Bob" V. Feldwisch, 64, New Knoxville, died at 7:44 p.m. Oct. 19, 2014, in Yorkshire.
He was born Aug. 27, 1950, in Lima, to Vernon and Joann Lammers Feldwisch, who survive in New Knoxville.
Also surviving is his loving companion, Karen Bergman, Yorkshire; a brother, David (Diane) Feldwisch, Houston, Texas; and two nephews, Philip Feldwisch and Peter Feldwisch, both of Houston, Texas.
He was a lifelong member of the First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, and loved to sing in the church choir at Trinity Lutheran Church in Moulton, where his mother is choir director and where he made many friends. He was the fifth-generation owner/operator of the Feldwisch home farm.
He was a graduate of New Knoxville High School and a had a degree in dairy science from The Ohio State University. Through genetics he developed an outstanding dairy herd, which sent several male animals to breeding services, including the number one red and white male in the world, which has many offspring in many foreign countries.
He served on the board of directors of the former Farmer's Home Mutual Fire Insurance Company and was on the board of directors of the New Knoxville Historical Society. He was an avid card player and loved playing cards with his many friends. He also was a baseball fan, especially of the Cincinnati Reds.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, the Rev. Joy Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday in the Ministry Center of the church.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice or New Knoxville Historical Society.
