HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Troy, Sidney, Piqua, Bellefontaine, Greenville, Wapakoneta, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Paris, Newport, Bradford, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, and Waynesfield.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 76 and 113.

Dorothy Linn
Dorothy M. Linn, 93, Celina, died at 5:45 p.m. Oct. 22, 2014, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born Aug. 1, 1921, in Celina, to Leon V. and Mary C. Coil Pond. On Dec. 2, 2941, she married Roma J. Linn, who died Aug. 8, 2006.
Surviving are three sons, Robert L. (Joyce) Linn, Celina, Frederick J. (Charlotte) Linn, Berne, Ind., and Randy (Paula) Linn, Rockford; two daughters, Patricia Ann (Harold) Shaffer, Rockford, and Betty (Paul) Borger, St. Henry; a sister, Evelyn Carpenter, Celina; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Arlie Linn; two sisters, Betty Konz and Mary Ford; and a brother, William Pond.
She was a 1939 graduate of Celina High School. She was a homemaker and worked at the former Brookhart, now Celina Group.
She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, and past president of her WELCA Women's group at the church. She loved her Lord and showed his love for others by crocheting lap robes, prayer crosses and squares for whoever needed comfort. She also crocheted many baby layettes for those in need.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, the Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
