* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Richard Green
Richard L. Green, 67, Celina, died at 7:23 p.m. Oct. 22, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Jan. 1, 1947, in Celina, to Paul and Wanda Fenning Green. On Nov. 17, 1972, he married Patricia Homan, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Neil Green, St. Marys; four daughters, Holly (Darin) Neuenschwander, Berne, Ind., Kelly (Frank) Evers, Maria Stein, Cristy (Nathan) Hess, Minster, and Kimberly (Brent) Geier, New Weston; a sister, Nila Clementson, Oakwood; a sister-in-law, Rose Green, Berne, Ind.; and 13 grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Lyn Green.
He was a 1965 graduate of Celina High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of Mount Carmel Church of God, Celina; VFW and American Legion, both of Celina; and the Durbin Bean Bake committee. He retired from New Idea and Honda.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Mount Carmel Church of God, Celina, the Rev. Mark Wakeland officiating. Burial is at Swamp College, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
