* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Loretta Kill
Loretta D. Kill, 69, St.Marys, died peacefully Oct. 19, 2014, at Otterbein Living Center, St. Marys.
She was born Sept. 19, 1945, to Aloysius and Rose Mary Elwer Kill.
Surviving are a daughter, Christina (Kyle) Bate, Belchertown, Mass.; a son, Bryan (fiancé Holly) Littleton, St. Marys; two granddaughters, Ashley Schriner and Zoe Bate; three great-grandchildren; five brothers, Leroy (Marcia), Venedocia, Jerome (Sherry), Monroeville, Ind., Aloysius Jr., Spencerville, Sam (Laurie), Spencerville, and Stan (Kim), Spencerville; three sisters, Judith Kill, Monroeville, Ind., Jane Kill, St. Marys, and Susan Kill, St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Darlene Overmyer, Defiance; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a brother, Lavern Kill; a sister, June Kill; and a brother-in-law, Mike Overmyer.
She was a 1963 graduate of Spencerville High School and a veteran with the United States Air Force. She was recognized as the first woman in the PA Air National Guard to attain the status of first sergeant and retired as senior master sergeant in 1999.
No calling hours are scheduled. A private family celebration of life will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Grand Lake Hospice, St. Marys.
