* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

James Ruck
James R. Ruck, 76, St. Marys, died at 3:52 p.m. Oct. 30, 2014, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born June 4, 1938, in Findlay, to Alfred and Helen Gross Ruck. On Dec. 22, 1957, he married Lois Tarbox, who died Dec. 14, 2013.
Surviving are two children, Eric (Sue) Ruck, Fredericksburg, Va., and Lisa Benoit, St. Marys; six grandchildren, Christopher Benoit, James Benoit, Brittany Ruck, Zachary Ruck, Josh Ruck and Holly LaVelle Schmeiser; four great-grandchildren, Wyatt Benoit, Logan Benoit, Lily Benoit and Riley Benoit; two siblings, Sharon (Ron) Meyer, Napoleon, and William (Carol) Ruck, Miller City; a sister-in-law, Lila Ruck, Houston, Texas; and a brother-in-law, Kenny Bennett, Defiance, Ohio.
Also deceased are two siblings, Karl Ruck and Connie Bennett.
He was a 1956 graduate of Findlay High School and a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from the JC Penney Company where he served as a store manager at many different locations. He was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Moulton, where he served as an elder for many terms. He enjoyed woodworking, spending time with his grandchildren and traveling to Vermont each summer to fish.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Moulton, the Rev. Joy Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
