* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

William Dawson
William C. Dawson, 79, Celina, was called home by "His Trudy" on Nov. 2, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 25, 1934, in Chicago, Ill., to Robert T. and Christine A. Taylor Dawson. On Dec. 19, 1959, he married his beloved bride, Patricia Ann "Patsy" Garrett, who died May 30, 2012.
Surviving are two daughters, Christi Ann (Paul) Salchak, Waynesville, and Cherie Lea (Tom) Smith, Celina; six grandchildren, Brittni Nicole (Travis) Wenning, Caroline Rose (Michael) Nickels, Erika Taylor Smith, Nathan Michael Gunter, Samuel William Salchak and Samuel Thomas Smith; and a sister, Luella Kocielko, Elkhart, Ind.
He was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina. He was a retired school teacher of 34 years and a principal for seven years at the Franklin School in Montezuma. He was a coach with the Challenger League in Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, the Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the Appalachian Service Projects, St. Jude's Children Hospital, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
