Joyce V. Smitley, 83, Geneva, Ind., died at 6:31 a.m. Nov. 2, 2014, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Downing and Glancy Funeral Home, Geneva, the Rev. Michele Isch officiating. Burial with military rites will follow at West Lawn Cemetery, Geneva.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
