Theresa Alexander
Theresa K. Alexander, 88, Russia, died at 6:20 p.m. Nov. 7, 2014, at Versailles Health Care.
She was born June 17, 1926, in Yorkshire, to Anton and Sophia Holscher Wenning. On April 27, 1957, she married Firmin Alexander, who died in May 1982.
Surviving are a daughter, Rebecca (Dennis) Latronico, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a son, Robert "Bob" Alexander, Russia; a grandson, Jesse Alexander; a brother, Leo (Margie) Wenning, Yorkshire; and a brother-in-law, Joe Alexander.
Also deceased are six siblings, Henry Wenning, Martha Bernadine Wenning, Josephine Bruns, Rita Bollheimer, Cletus Wenning and Elizabeth Schlarman.
She was a member of St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia, and an active member of the Russia Senior Group. She was employed at the grocery store in Russia.
Funeral Mass is 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia, the Rev. Martin Fox, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Remy Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia.
Memorials may be given to the Russia Fire Department.
