A needle, suspected heroin, cash and other paraphernalia were found during a search at 245 Leona St., Celina, Tuesday afternoon. The newly developed HIT Squad, or Heroin Interdiction Team consisting of officers from the Mercer County Sheriff's Office and Celina Police Department, served a warrant and arrested Andrew Hesse, 33, on a trafficking charge.
